Nothing but expensive and problems. NOTE: Do not take insurance and will not assist with billing your insurance company. Will take weeks after you sign up to get first appointment. $15,000 for one bridge. No payments will have to secure other method of payment. They do recommend a plan to apply to. I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life. My follow up appointment was a week ago where they pulled their failed implant from my mouth. They said I would hear back from them that day about what to do next since their first attempt failed and I resigned surgery forms. I was never called. So I call the next day with no return phone call. I try again the following day and they are closed. I was a patient, in that I made an appointment and drove an hour to their office. They welcomed me and started me with paperwork. The front desk person highlighted where I should sign and to let me know that they do not take insurance. What? I asked if that information was on their website (if it was, that would have been an instant deal-killer). I don't like to leave negative reviews, I really don't. But buyer beware of this place. The experience I had with them was rude and bizarre. I went in to ask about a couple of implants. I wasn't having any pain or other issues. They did this song and dance that lasted almost an hour, made me watch a long video, then told me that they suggested - get this - $52,000 worth of work for my mouth. Very very unprofessional. Apparently I didn't do my research well enough. I had my consultation and my preliminary surgery appointment. I paid the $1000 deposit and they requested the $41,0000 additional on date of surgery. I was to have both upper and lower full denture implants. This was a major mental, physical and financial event for me. After having written the last glowing review, my sentiments have changed. My temporary teeth broke again 4 more times over the course of treatment, and as it turned out, the poor quality was as a result of an employee who wasn't doing a good job. Back in September I was told that this person had been let go, and things would get fixed properly from then on. It still took over 2 more months to get my permanent teeth done properly.
