It's been 8 weeks since my surgery. The surgery took 6 1/2 hours. Definitely the hardest for me ever. Not one person followed up to see how I was doing after my surgery. I had to call on day 3 to lower the meds due to a 3 day migraine after surgery. Since then, I have called 3 times and the receptionist said she would leave a message for nurse Theresa, to contact me back. Awful experience, painful, didn't listen when in pain for 7 months due to an implant that didn't work, constant back and forth from pain, trying to pit teeth on 3 upper implants 38,000, the most traumatic thing from a dentist ever.

I wish I would not have done this. Now that the procedure is done they always say they are so busy they can't get me on for awhile. I have called and left messages and no-one ever calls back. Some of the staff seem like they just want you to fill out an in office review saying how great they are. My mouth is always dry. I had to have dentures on the top and they never fit well. I don't like them at all.

They are very pushy. Will do anything to take your money. I was in pain from an implant they put in they would not treat me until I signed paperwork then charged me $1000 because I did not want to go with them. I did not have an appointment to get work done. They just did something so they could charge me. Go elsewhere.

Spent 1.7 hours driving to get to Roseville. Was expecting as advertised a free consultation and an x-ray. A very courteous and professional young lady told me that the three implants I wanted to get didn't make sense and I should get a full lower 4 all in one denture. How much? $34,000.00! While driving back home I realized see was a sales person. Never did get my free x-ray. Never looked at my teeth. I feel stupid

A healthcare business not requiring masks during the pandemic and when they are required for all indoor settings! Just unbelievable!

If I could give negative I've five stars I would. I have been five plus years in the temporary dentures Dr. Forde's Clear Choice office put me in after my surgery. Not only did they do horrible placement of the upper implants (I have almost a complete plate across the roof of my mouth vs. the narrow rim where teeth originally we're located in the maxilla), they put me in temporary dentures wherein the top plate is much wider than the bottom plate, and hangs over substantially. My BIGGEST REGRET is going to Clear Choice. They have no patience...they are a very expensive Western Dental. Always keep you waiting, but when you complain of discomfort they want to rush you out. The commercials are very misleading. Do your research use someone else.

Had an appointment with clear choice in Roseville, Ca. Thought it was strange there was NO ONE in the lobby. The receptionist took my info and soon I was called in the office to talk to the coordinator. She told me they do not accept any insurance and I had to pay for the work myself and then submit the bill to my insurance. I told her I was not going to do that and that is why I have insurance. She suggested I go to Mexico. Needless to say, my appointment did not last more than 10 minutes. John
