You wait for hours for your appointment. My journey started in march 2024 for a bridge. I have no teeth and no bridge. It's almost "2" years

I recommend finding a personal dentist who cares about their practice. My procedure went flawless but after you sign that contract for 25K (AND THATS JUST THE TOP TEETH) any future care is piss poor. Unless it's a call for consultation you will NEVER get a live person back on the phone. Everyday you call the automated system will say they're busy with a patient. So there's no receptionist???? I find it difficult to even schedule a cleaning WHICH AINT CHEAP. The only schedule you will find online is for consultation. So how ... read more

4/24/25 Wow, how times and fees have changed !! Called Clearchoice to schedule cleaning (spoke to Margo). Last cleaning was $250. Now cleaning charge has doubled to $500. All out of pocket since dental insurance does not cover. Very disappointed. To ALL potential Clearchoice customers, please be aware of these increased charges when considering implant procedure. A very frustrated customer, John K

The don't want to finish the job. After having me sign the contact (in which they were eager to do) they started playing musical chairs on the follow ups to complete the work. They keep pushing back my appointment dates (3 times already and now working on a 4th). It is now September (over 6 months), they either don't want to complete the work or they are incompetent. I cannot recommend this ClearChoice Dental Implant Center. They very well may have other issues beyond scheduling.

Waited 45 minutes from my appointment time. Was there for a consultation. When I decided to finally just leave I was told they were short staffed. So glad I did not become a patient. Can't imagine what that experience would be like.
