The don't want to finish the job. After having me sign the contact (in which they were eager to do) they started playing musical chairs on the follow ups to complete the work. They keep pushing back my appointment dates (3 times already and now working on a 4th). It is now September (over 6 months), they either don't want to complete the work or they are incompetent. I cannot recommend this ClearChoice Dental Implant Center. They very well may have other issues beyond scheduling.

Waited 45 minutes from my appointment time. Was there for a consultation. When I decided to finally just leave I was told they were short staffed. So glad I did not become a patient. Can't imagine what that experience would be like.

Had full mouth dental implant at clear choice Chicago. Washington Street location. The surgery was done February 27. 2021. I was rushed to the emergency room after the procedure. The temporary dentures are horrible, bulky horribly uncomfortable. I feel like I am being tortured In addition, I agreed to pay $50k believing I would need bone marrow implanted to support the implant. As it turned out I did not need the bone marrow however clear choice is still billing me $50k. I NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED TO PAY $50k without bone ... read more

Had full mouth dental implant at clear choice Chicago. Washington Street location. The surgery was done February 27. 2021. I was rushed to the emergency room after the procedure. This place is ripping people off! I paid and paid off a loan of $27,000 for new teeth and they keep breaking. I have been dealing with this horrible company and team since 2018. They are consistently lying about the issues and their product is faulty. All the following doctor are complete liars. Dr. Anthony Pallotto, Dr. Mo Taheri, Dr. Daniel Chin, Dr. Sonia Bennett and Consultant Alina Venson. This biz deserves a "Zero" rating. Run, don't walk from a biz NOT BBB accredited because they care less re BBB Standards of Trust. We waited 2-3 hours to get a 60k quote (outrageous). When I asked if they'd try to meet or lower their quote, they lied said "yes, send all including competitor's diagrams". But they lied & made no counteroffer--even said the reason 2nd quote is over 30k lower is.because Oral.Surgeon is Mexican. So obviously discriminatory.
