"Friendly staff" Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and eager to assist. Particularly my sales associate Jordan Ankney. Very professional. I would highly recommend Jordan. The only constructive criticism I have was the time it took to complete the transaction. 2+hours is a long time to buy out my lease. Maybe Ford needs to simplify the process. But again, the three gentlemen I dealt with at dealership were excellent.

On this visit, Jerry Johnson was outstanding in his friendliness and professionalism as my truck with through scheduled maintenance, and we had a similar experience with Mike Lynn when he helped us to buy the truck. Altogether, we have purchased all but one vehicle from this dealer!
