"Air conditioneer not working properly." Jerry and the techs were very through diagnosing the problems with the A/C system. In the safety check they found the rear brake pads almost down to metal. They also checked to see if any recalls were for our Fusion and handled it. They had to order some parts to complete the A/C repair. They called us the next morning to let us know that the parts had been delivered before we made the 23 mile trip to have the work completed. "Fantastic customer service" Frank Villaona is a fantastic sales associate! We pulled up and he was there asking us questions within the first minute we were there. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. I looked at '13 Ford Escape and Frank knew every answer I threw his way. It was as if he had been driving the car his whole life. If I ever need to buy a new car, Frank and Larry Hill are my first choice every time!
