"Long time since borrowing anything" It had been 10 years since my wife & I had borrowed anything. 2008 brought about all we could handle. "Profession and very helpful" I took my vehicle to Larry Hill Ford and worked with Jerry Johnson in the service department to have major repairs done to my differential. The car was repaired and the workmanship and parts is guaranteed for two years. The car now runs and sounds like a new one.
"first time buyer" I was very pleased with my experience at larry hill imports. not only was my credit low (first time buyer) but I didn't have much time to spend looking for vehicles either. david showed me exactly what I wanted and worked with my schedule. I will definitely be coming back.

"Ask for Joel Towe..." We had a great experience working with Joel Towe to find our car. He was patient with us as we test drove car after car. It took us a couple of months before finally choosing, and we never felt pressured or that we had to make a quick impulse purchase. "Very friendly customer service" I've been taking my SUV to Larry Hill Ford for service since I purchased it in 2009. I've always had pretty good customer service, but I don't think I've ever encountered anyone as friendly as Jerry. He was so nice and I really appreciate that.
