"Very nice experience!" I came by to get a 4x4 truck because my wife is in a nursing home and I need to be able to get to her in the winter months. Jason my salesman took great care of me and even offered to pray for her and my son that just found out he had cancer. Very nice young man was a pleasure.
"Rouge Warrior " I had not purchased a new vehicle in a few years (17 to be precise) and was dreading the process. John "The Chef" Yow found me the right vehicle at the right price point and made the experience quit palatable (see what I did there?) I'd recommend John and Larry Hill Ford to anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

"Great Service" We drove from Calhoun GA to Cleveland TN. But well worth the drive. We received exceptional service. The staff were very helpful and informative, treated us like family. "Test Drove an F-150" Stopped to test drive an F-150, without an appointment or taking to anyone before hand, got good information from Dan and did not feel pressured to do something right then as we are headed out of town. Needed some time to mull it over.

"Great Service Department" There was a recall on my 2011 Ford Fusion. When I called to schedule the service, Jerry Johnson helped me make the appointment. He answered all of my questions regarding the issue and scheduled the appointment around my work schedule. I made it a point to ask for him when I took it in, and he was courteous, professional and very personable. Great service from him! Larry Hill Ford needs more employees like Mr. Johnson.

"Long time since borrowing anything" It had been 10 years since my wife & I had borrowed anything. 2008 brought about all we could handle. We never lost anything except our jobs (me about 18 months, my wife nearly 3 years). We still live in our house of 23 years (will be paid off in 4 years). "Profession and very helpful" I took my vehicle to Larry Hill Ford and worked with Jerry Johnson in the service department to have major repairs done to my differential. The car was repaired and the workmanship and parts is guaranteed for two years. The car now runs and sounds like a new one.
