"Fantastic customer service" Frank Villaona is a fantastic sales associate! We pulled up and he was there asking us questions within the first minute we were there. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. I looked at '13 Ford Escape and Frank knew every answer I threw his way. It was as if he had been driving the car his whole life. If I ever need to buy a new car, Frank and Larry Hill are my first choice every time!
