"Part of the Family" This is our second purchase from Larry Hill Ford. (1999 and 2013) This time, after trying somewhere else locally, we came back to Larry hill Ford and purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. Everything, and I mean everything went just great. We are now driving in the exact car we wanted, thank to Mike Lynn and everyone else at Larry Hill Ford. We feel as if they treat us like we are a part of the family. Don't see myself going anywhere else should I need to purchase another vehicle.

"Excellent Service" Just have to brag on the service department. They were extremely helpful, especially Joe. He got my truck serviced in a very timely manner just as he promised.

"Well pleased with the service on my vehicle" Joe Trentham greeted me when I entered the service department asking how he could help and I told him I had an appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated. He got right on it and I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. I could not ask for better service.

"Outstanding Experience!" We were in desperate need of a new car, so we came to Larry Hill! Jason met us in the lot and showed us several vehicles. He helped us pick the best vehicle for us and our family! He showed us every feature of the Explorer. There were so many things we had no idea that it did. "The most excellent service of all time" Have you ever seen the movie Life is beautiful with Roberto begnini? This experience I would liken to that in the sense that it continually altered my perception through outside awareness. Incredible. "Purchase and service of a 2015 Ford Escape" Both Mike Lynn (salesman), and Chris Jones (service), are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The whole deal of buying and having the Ford Escape serviced was easy and a joy. I would highly recommend Larry Hill Ford to any one looking to buy a New or Used Ford vehicle.

"Service" I have owned my Ford for exactly one year now, and this was the first time it's needed service. I contacted the service dept. via e-mail, and a service technician called me to schedule. We had my appointment all set up, but when I took my car in, there was a problem finding my appointment. I was mortified! But Mr. Jerry Johnson went ahead and took my car back and assured me he would make it work. They later found my appointment, but Mr. Johnson had already eased my concerns and made me feel like a VIP. "Thank goodness for facebook" I am friends with Jason Dolch on Facebook and he is always posting updates on arrivals and I seen a car that I had to have. I contacted him and came in and bought a Chrysler 200. They went out of their way to get me done. Jason Dolch is an awesome person and salesman! I'm sending all my friends to him! If you want an honest salesman that will take care of you go see him.

"very good experience" I would like to think Wayne Sorrels ,Victor Yoshida and Kevin Flowers for the great buying experience and time they spent with my wife and I. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Wayne he will treat you right
