"Service" I have owned my Ford for exactly one year now, and this was the first time it's needed service. I contacted the service dept. via e-mail, and a service technician called me to schedule. We had my appointment all set up, but when I took my car in, there was a problem finding my appointment. I was mortified! "Thank goodness for facebook" I am friends with Jason Dolch on Facebook and he is always posting updates on arrivals and I seen a car that I had to have. I contacted him and came in and bought a Chrysler 200. They went out of their way to get me done. Jason Dolch is an awesome person and salesman! I'm sending all my friends to him!
