"Top Notch Customer Service!" When I took my car in for service, Jerry Johnson was so pleasant and very informative. I really appreciate the way he kept me apprised of the repairs and costs involved throughout my wait. He was even kind enough to assist me with setting up an appointment to fix a couple of warranty/recall issues I wasn't even aware of.
