"Purchased a 2013 Altma" Great experience. I hate car shopping because of the way most car dealers move you like cattle. You do it their way or no way. What happen to the days of just sitting down and talking and coming to an agreement. Well I found it with John and Lee at Larry Hill Imports... These guys were great. Just sat down discussed the deal and worked it out... easy. John did a great job showing the car and Lee (Sales Mgr) really brought it home. Great job guys.... Steve
"Ben Myers was patient with me on my new F-150." I gave Larry Hill a five star rating because Ben Myers drove a hour and half to meet my co-signer while I was out of town and was patient while I made my decision.
"They will remember what you want." I had stopped by twice to look at card for the wife. They had what she was looking for but couldn't get it in our price range. A week later they called and just took one off the truck and called me. It had everything we were looking for and then some, even with lower mileage then we were expecting. "First car purchase with ease" Ben Myers assisted me with the purchase of my first car, unlike other dealerships in the area, he did not try to pull the wool over my eyes. He was friendly and helpful, always kept me up to date on any changes or options available when it came to the total process of buying my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area and if you decide to purchase a vehicle from the dealership ask for Ben.
"Jerry is the BEST!!!" I did not buy my vehicle from Larry Hill Ford, but I travel half an hour from home because of Jerry's attentive and helpful service when my vehicle needs maintenance. He keeps me appraised of the process and goes FAR above and beyond to treat me with kindness and respect and a cheerful attitude.
"Thumbs Up" The service dept has always been what I feel very courteous and professional when I have brought my truck in for service. Also I believe they have been up front with me about my vehicle and do a good job with servicing the truck.
