"Fast and easy!" I took my car in to get a new key made and it only took about 30 minutes. Usually I'll have to sit in the dealership for at least an hour for that sort thing. I also liked they checked out my car for oil, brakes, tires, etc. even though I only needed a key and it was still fast.
"BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE YET!!!!" My fiancé and I set an appointment after we saw an Altima we liked on the lot one Sunday while they were closed. "Quick fix" Took truck in @9 this morning for warranty work . Out by 12:00. Service department diagnosed problem and made repairs really quick. I was surprised and pleased.
"Immediate Need, Immediate Fix" I had an unexpected problem with our Ford Flex and brought the car in so the service guys could figure out what was wrong. James reassured me that they would determine the cause of the problem and get the car repaired as soon as possible. I was there just over an hour and the costs of repair were less than I had been quoted by a local repair business. Worth the drive across town to get reliable service!!!
