"New trans." Had my sons 2009 fusion in for transmission issue found that it had to be replaced. Joe Trentham went over pricing with me and I found that the price was fair based on research of other service providers in the area . I have 4 ford vehicles and take all to Larry Hill for service and am a very satisfied customer.
"Good experience" I went with the intent of only LOOKING at a vehicle I saw online. I loved being able to look at the information online before I went to the dealership. I did not NEED a new vehicle, but had wanted a vehicle that was a bit bigger than the one I had for some time. It was a big decision to make, and they were very patient with me. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, and very helpful.

"Service Associate Appreciation" I really appreciate Jerry for the work he does at Larry Hill Ford. Any time I am in the service department Jerry always does anything he can to make my experience in the service center as easy and pleasant as possible. Jerry is by far the best service associate that i have ever felt with at Larry Hill Ford.
"They cared!" Earlier today my wife & I wrote a review about having a blue ink spot on our leather seat. We decided to call the Service Department and tell them what we suspected had happened. You couldn't believe how concerned and supported about our issue over this little ink spot. That's what matters! They cared.
