"Good experience" I went with the intent of only LOOKING at a vehicle I saw online. I loved being able to look at the information online before I went to the dealership. I did not NEED a new vehicle, but had wanted a vehicle that was a bit bigger than the one I had for some time. It was a big decision to make, and they were very patient with me. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, and very helpful.

"Service Associate Appreciation" I really appreciate Jerry for the work he does at Larry Hill Ford. "They cared!" Earlier today my wife & I wrote a review about having a blue ink spot on our leather seat. We decided to call the Service Department and tell them what we suspected had happened.
