"Very helpful all around" We presented at this dealership wanting to lower our payment. What I loved about all of the people we talked to is that they actually tried to help us do that. Every other dealership tried to get us into a more expensive car whereas here we were actually shown vehicles that would get us to our goal payment. "A Godsend!!" My husband and I badley needed a more economical vehicle . We were being overwhelmed buying gas since I have to be on the road alot for my job. "Good Guys" Stopped by the dealership to look at another F-150. I was met immediately by John Sparks who introduced himself and then gave me plenty of room and time to look on my own. John was available when I had questions and still managed to give me the room to look which is very hard for some in sales to do. After working with John, my wife and I decided to make the purchase. "They were great even with a low end purchase!" I needed a car real quick and did not have a lot of money. The sales man Rand found a recent trade in for less than 10k. Not only that , they financed it. They had the car ready quick. Then after I took it home, we found a problem with the air conditioning. They told us to bring it back. "I love my Escape" My wife and I were trying to get out of a bad car loan that we got through a "buy here pay here" place. We we so upside down on our car that we though nothing could be done. Nate, with a smile, told us to relax and breath because he was goingfto do everything he could to help us.
