"Most expensive oil change ever!!!! HA,HA,Ha,Ha!!!!!!!" "GREAT JOB" customer service was GREAT!!! The 3 listed above done a very good job on making me feel like and showing that they wanted my business! Brian Cruz done a wonderful job going over the options on the vehicle and selling me on it.. "Attributes of a GREAT Salesman" Mike was very helpful, made me feel very much at ease during this purchase. He was not pushy. He is a very attentive listener to what I desired and needed in a vehicle. He is a GREAT Asset to the dealership. He did a number of follow up call to assure that I was fully satisfied with the vehicle. He worked very closely with me on finances, despite numerous Bank foul ups. "Unexpected Surprise" My husband and I were looking for a used truck for the farm. I had been researching new cars online, but had not made any decisions on Make or Model. "Experience" I would recommend Larry Hill Imports to everyone. This had to be the friendliest sales staff I have ever worked with. Mike Rhodes was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I said I was looking for and made sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. Majdi was great to work with also. The overall experience was great. "My Ford Ranger" As soon as I arrived Joe came out and asked what I needed done,and he let me know how long it would be and everything that I pointed out to him was took care of in about one an a half hours. Joe was very courteous and showed me everything they did and asked was there anything else that I needed.I think Joe did a great job getting all that I needed fixed.
"My experience with Adam Green" I went to Larry Hill Ford on 4-10-2014 to get my brakes checked on my 2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0... Upon waiting I was checking out 2014 cars, a very friendly gentleman approached me and asked if I would like to drive one. I politely said no just getting my brakes checked and he said you have plenty of time. So I drove a 2014 Mustang GT 5.0 and I also drove it home thanks to Adam... You did awesome!!!
"Ford Fusion Service" Joe and Clyde Sheets Service Department always takes care of me during my service visits. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and they service my vehicles with that knowledge and makes sure my vehicles are in top condition before leaving. Joe does a great job in getting my service completed timely and that everything has been taken care of.
