"Great experience " My sister and I were on a long trip towing a horse trailer with a Ford truck. The truck broke down in Cleveland, Tennessee. We were towed to Larry Hill Ford. Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was so friendly and professional. These guys could teach a class on customer service. They are the absolute best!
"Joe Trentham " Joe Trentham is very professional!! When I called him, he had me bring my car right in.... he was ready with paperwork when i arrived and he had me on my way to work in minutes!! My repair was done in a timely matter and he offered a rental but I did not need!! I just want to say thank you Joe for being AWESOME!! I have since referred my boss to Larry Hill Ford service department!! I am positive he will be satisfied!!
