The finance guy we signed papers with (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) explained everything to us in terms we could understand and was very pleasant to work with. From the time we entered the dealership showroom to the conclusion of our purchase, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Both Johnathon Smith, our salesperson, and Victor, the sales manager, were extremely helpful and thorough. Since our purchase, we have recommended Larry Hill Ford to several of our friends. When we couldn't afford the one we wanted, he showed us other options that allowed us to feel just as comfortable as we would have in the other vehicle. We went with the Ford Focus Hatchback.

I was not disappointed. I talked with Tony on the phone before my visit, and knew I wanted him to help me when I got there. The paper work was fast and painless. I had a full vehicle inspection, oil change and rotate and tire balance in less than an hour! Thanks LarryHill and thanks Tony. I will be back!
