The staff was very friendly and was very eager to work with us on buying a car and giving us a lot of information regarding styles and features. The asking price was basically sticker and we were offered lower than the rough trade-in for a very nice car. After some negotiating though, we settled on what was still a good deal for both parties. "Since we are repeat customers, nobody had to..." Since we are repeat customers, nobody had to "sell" us on Larry Hill Ford. The folks we dealt with today exceeded, if possible, the professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy that we received when we purchased vehicles in the past. "I stopped by Larry Hill just to get someone to look at my..." I stopped by Larry Hill just to get someone to look at my Escape because three lights on my dashboard had came on. Tony Burgireno came to talk to me about my situation. One light was my ABS light, so I was afraid I had no breaks and wouldn't be able to make it home. "Well while traveling to Stone Mountain, GA to go camping..." Well while traveling to Stone Mountain, GA to go camping for the weekend with my pregnant wife (7 months), two dogs, and in-laws the fuel pump on my truck decides to quit at the BP in Ooltewah, TN....was finally able to get a tow truck to take me to Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland, TN....we arrived at the dealership at 4:55 pm (they close at 5:00 pm) not to mention its friday and a holiday weekend...not only did they fix my truck but they stayed late on a friday and ... read more

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Caleb was able..." Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Caleb was able to answer all of our questions. He was also patient while we were trying make a decision between a couple vehicles and offer advice. Majdi Awad actually made the paper work enjoyable by making jokes and also gave a great demonstration of the data dots. We felt Kevin gave us a fair trade in value which is what we were the most worried about.
