"We were greeted immediately upon arrival in the parking..." We were greeted immediately upon arrival in the parking lot by a smiling Kevin Flowers. He questioned us about our vehicle preference, showed us the SUV inventory, and went over all the "positives" about the vehicle, dealership and the Ford product.
