We asked for Matt in particular as and he was there in less than 5 minutes to assist us in our sales experience. We were there for a couple of hours but it was more than worth the wait. Brian knew the vehicles fairly well and wisely convinced us (in a proper manner, too!) to try out a Flex (we had our minds exclusively on an Explorer). He let us check out the cars as we wished and answered all our questions or pointed us to Ford.com for vehicle specifications. A great experience.
