Brian knew the vehicles fairly well and wisely convinced us (in a proper manner, too!) to try out a Flex (we had our minds exclusively on an Explorer). He let us check out the cars as we wished and answered all our questions or pointed us to Ford.com for vehicle specifications. A great experience.

So we went back and they worked with me and I was able to get a Toyota Corolla with the same price range and payments. Mike was able to help me get my interest rates low to also help me out with payments on it. Along with Byron working very patiently with making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
