We were able to take a day to think about those options, returned on Friday and bought exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. When the car was detailed, it was not cleaned as well as it should have been, but it was acceptable. Mr. Bartlett and Mr. Lee were both attentive, respectful and patient as we made our decision. Customer service their was amazing with Dean Helsdon being friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to explain every little detial. Found the vehicle I thought I wanted, but when I went back on Monday to drive and go over possible purchase, the salesman (Wes) listened to my likes/needs and I ended up purchasing the Ford Focus Titanium.
