Great Customer Service! We had a minor issue with one of the two furnaces we had installed. I called and they had a technician out within a day. He quickly identified the problem and let me know they will be ordering a replacement motor (motor was operating properly - just a little noisy). They were back within a week and replaced the motor. No hassle and great follow up. I recommended Climate Control to a friend that needed a new air conditioner and she was equally impressed with the quality of service. Thanks....

I have had Climate Control for as long as I remember, even before the company changed its name. I have been extremely happy, have recommended them to others and wouldn't think of ever changing companies. Paul has been my service technician for a few years and always polite and quick to service.
