This company has wonderful customer service from the on-call tech, to Megan who schedules the appointments and the technician who came and cleaned both of my furnaces. The home technician was very friendly and personable, he answered all of my questions and explained the extra repair that was needed on my first floor furnace. He also arrived during the scheduled time that was given. Megan was great in answering my questions regarding their pricing and she also called to tell me when the technician was 10 minutes away.
