I wanted a Thursday appointment but they could do it Friday! Tech called at 830 and said could be there within 30 minutes. He was there exactly in 30 minutes. He analyzed my problem and fixed it immediately surprisingly even with No Parts needed.. I wanted 2 days before rating the call but I must say Very Satisfied couldn’t have been a better experience…
Service guy was very professional, accessed the problem within minutes came back the next morning with the part and shortly I had heat. I would recommend Climate King to anyone needing AC or furnace repairs

The technician was heat showed up and did a great, he was very thorough and took pride in his work. Very courteous and displayed a genuine concern in his job.
The technicians were very nice and courteous they did an outstanding job. They informed me on the steps they were taking to correct the issue and were very knowledgeable and professional.
Altho it took several days for CK 2 come service our AC, which we totally understood b/c of the current summer heat wave, they did come when promised & completely addressed our issue very quickly. The serviceman was friendly, courteous, professional & very knowledgeable. We appreciate their work & would recommend CK without reservation.
I was scheduled through AHS for an all day appointment slot (8a-8p). I called at the 6 hour mark to see if there was at least a guess at an ETA available. I was advised the tech was in route to my area, but had several other calls and the dispatcher conceded that she did not know what order in which they’d be completed - which was perfectly fine.
