It was an awful experience. We have a home warranty and this is the company we were required to use. It took 16 days, in July in Mississippi, for them to send 3 technicians , different times, to confirm the air conditioning was broken. Then we waited until A week before Thanksgiving to get installed. Then there were 2 modifications that needed to be made. I called on a Tuesday and the earliest they could get someone out was Friday. Then they gave me a 12 hour window (8am-8pm). 12 hours?! That is simply unacceptable.

Had to give one star just for showing up. Contracted through my home warranty. Service guys said outside unit was just very dirty and not covered under my warranty. So I paid them their fee and within 30 minutes they were gone. Sine it was late afternoon I gave it several hours to cool the house. It never cooled it. It was after hours then so I called the emergency number, was told they would call back within minutes. Not true. Called three times, got the same response, but no call back. The guy came in rude and barely looked at our unit. He was there less than 5 minutes. He was very nonchalant.

HORRIBLE , EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO NO ONE. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT 3 TIMES , STILL HAVENT FIXED MY ISSUES.

Terrible service! I will never use Climate King or recommend this company to anyone. The tech called and said he was on the way but never showed up and when my wife reached out to the tech he said we had the wrong number!

American Home Shield advised my A/C Repair had been assigned to Climate King and I should get a call by next business day to schedule appt. which would have been Monday 6/14. I did not receive a call but received e-mail advising appt. scheduled Tuesday from 8am-8pm! I waited until 4:45 to call to find out if they were still coming and was advised they were. They never showed up or called. I called at 12:20 and was advised, " he had several and it might be 10 mins or an hour and had several customers ahead of me." I asked why... read more

Awful service… I’ve been awaiting service installation sine May 5… parts arrived at the local supplier and sat there for over a week, parts was them canceled due to none pick, per local supplier. Climate king rep stated they had no where to store the parts until the date of installation, many times cancelations occur due to this. This is unacceptable service being that customers parts are ordered for them, then bc there is no where to store them, they are sold to someone else. Horrible, inconsiderate people. Said they'd be there in 30 minutes, but sent the technician on another call instead. Said it was because nobody answered the phone. People have jobs to pay for these houses & the services needed on them & can't always answer at the moment the call is made. Called right back & they said the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Sent someone to meet them there & then they say the technician will call 30 minutes before arriving & they can't say how long that will be. Sorry people. Sorry busine... read more
