They came in the time allotted. Very professional and courteous. Could not find anything wrong with my air conditioners. Said for me to call a plumber if I had water under my stairway again.

Excellent on time (really the technician came early). After his assessment we learned that a small piece of equipment was the source of our problem. Our concern was the problem would be very serious. Climate King provided me with an honest appraisal and solution to my HVAC problem; unlike two other companies that told me that I needed a complete new system. I would not go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

Mr. ******* ******* was courteous and polite. Yet focused on the issue at hand. He did not rush but throughly checked all potential issues. Once the issue was identified he went about making the appropriate repair. Once he was completed he took time to walk me through the issue...he then thanked me for using First American so he in-turn could provide service on behalf of Climate King. Before he departed he presented me with a copy of his card and stated he would be happy to be of assistance if there were any issues. ******* ... read more

Climate King put in a new ac/heater for in my home. The guys were professional, competent, though, friendly, and fast. I was concerned at first because they were so much cheaper than there competitors, but I had no reason to worry. I am very happy with the job. Thank you.
