What a group of clowns and money takers. You choose a supposed high care facility for your most cherished animals. You invest in all the appropriate vaccinations and doctors visits as discussed, and when tragedy strikes these losers leave your animal in pain and suffering and pass you off to any old emergency vet service. I will choose to take my business elsewhere and I warn anyone that thinks this is a proper place of business. In general, they are a poor excuse of a veterinarian hospital. Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen for my dogs allergies. Their excuse was that they had an emergency walk in that pushed back all appointments. Well, instead of telling us that they are an hour behind during check in, they make us sit and wait. Also, I found it odd that over 6 people paid and left and the minimum bill was $250 and everyone had "lab work". I took my dog there because her face was swelling and I was so worried. They took blood work, and said she is having a reaction to something , They charged us a big bill and sent her home in the same condition as we brought her, with no answers. They said the vet would follow up with a phone call. We waited and waited ....no call...she seemed very uncaring and unconcerned. I could of found more answers on YouTube than she gave us. Never coming here again! They do not keep to their words, yeah they are nice but taking care of a lab test that could have altered if my cat was alive today would have been better then a kind atmosphere. My baby could have been alive still and had a fighting chance but this place took over 72 hours and we didn't even get the tests. Do yourself a favor pay a little extra for gas and vet bills and go to CVS (California Veterinary Specialist) they get back to you within 5 hours and I've seen them work magic on others by raising... read more

We took our cat on Thursday. They said his lab results will be back within 24 hours and they will call us. I called & called and called. They said the results were back and the vet will call us when she/he has a chance. Nobody called us and nobody would give us the results. They wouldn't even give us anything for comfort for him and they wouldn't talk to me. Saturday, I had to take him to the emergency vet. My dogs have been a client for almost three years here and They say they are a hospital. You call to get your dog seen because he is sick and the front desk say no appts available it'll next Thursday, today is Saturday Then she says take him to animal hospital. Aren't you a hospital? Some of the front desk are the rudest. If a human is sick and you go to the hospital they will see you. Well Clinton Keith Vet you miss the mark of being a hospital or even a good place to take your furry family members. Shame on you.

I have been bringing my dogs here for several years. I have one dog with hip dysplasia and arthritis who requires her nails to be cut regularly. This was the one place that I found who could complete the job without causing her more discomfort afterwards. Now they are telling me that they can't do appointments right now for just nail trims. I spent $400 there last month for a checkup but they can't provide this necessary service this month! They've lost a customer.

I've taken my oldest dog to this location once before, 4 or 5 years ago. They took care of us well enough that we wanted to come with our youngest dog. We made an appointment for today at 5 pm. I left work early, packed up the kids, wife and dog. We showed up 10 mins early to ensure we weren't late. We try to check in and are told that they are waiting on a room. The doctor would not take any responsibility and they have expensive hidden fees. If your dog is injured and you take him here you will probability spend 1000+ dollars. Here you can't go in the building during COVID and don't know exactly what Dr Rusty is doing. Our dog has never bit anyone, but here when the assistant (which was very kind and careful with our dog) took him back to look at his hurt leg the doctor told us he repeatedly tried to bite him.
