Staff is friendly. Doctors are friendly. Used to be in and out in less that half an hour. Now it takes 45mins just to see the vet, then if your pup needs testing done you're waiting another half hour. Ridiculous considering you're the only one in the office.
Beware I had both my cats at this place and my one cat had to have an emergency surgery after leaving here. And is now doing good thank goodness to CVS Animal Hospital and FACE Foundation. Even Dr Rusty left me a message on my voicemail that they failed my cat. I should sue them honestly because what they have done to my cat has been mis diagnosis after mis diagnosis. They did a bait and switch on me! Got an estimate for tooth extraction of $469-$659. Came in for the surgery, and was handed an estimate that was $200 higher! According to the vet's notes, the medical situation with my kitty had not changed. Vet became huffy when I confronted him with the cost increase, so I fired him.
Very very poor service I sat for 40 minutes after I met with the vet the girl up front continued to help new clients and close out orders while she had my credit card and file in front of her. I had my dog wife and three year old son waiting. I finally could not take it and brought it up as she helped another customer in front of me this is the second time this has happened by the clerk upfront.
I went into this vet after my dog had ripped his stitches out from getting fixed elsewhere, but the location I had went to was closed. They got me in right away and when I arrived I had a little wait, which was no big deal since it was last minute. The vet there re stitched what my dog had done, given me antibiotics as well as a sedative, and then asked that I come back on a certain day for a check up. 4/27/2016 UPDATE: Our necropsy report revealed that Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital also MISDIAGNOSED our cat. Can they get anything right?! No. How cowardly of them to deny treating our cat at their facility on this Yelp review! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO CLINTON KEITH VETERINARY HOSPITAL. Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital's negligence in treating our cat contributed to his premature death. If you are looking for a Vet to take a wild guess at the diagnosis of your animal, then this place is for you. Several office visits, Two rounds of antibiotics, a bunch of trumped up fees, mishandled specimens and our cat was in worse condition. We called to bring him back in when his health worsened and were told it would be considered an emergency visit and billed as such (it was only 3:00 in the afternoon)! Just to warn anyone who brings there animal here for surgery be aware if your animal comes home with a cough and or heavy labored breathing take him back ASAP otherwise YOU will be blamed for your animals death! Our dog went in healthy for a knee surgery and died 11 days later from asperative pneumonia that he got during the knee surgery. We had no idea and in the end we were blamed for it! I wanted to give them an other try given that 3 years ago I had a bad experience . I dropped off my dog yesterday for boarding ( since I was heading to Palm Springs for one night and the hotel was not pet friendly ) , everything was ok they say you are all set see you tomorrow .. Few hours later ( I was already in Palm Springs ) they call me and say we can't keep your dog over night cause he needs vaccination and a vet consultation , I have no choice since I'm already gone..
