Came in for an Odyssey back in Oct. The van on the website was no longer on the lot. Spoke to Jordan who stated we could get our name on a van coming in. We couldn’t make a deal at first. First I called for an oil change appointment and was told they don’t make appointments. Next day I drove in and was told the wait would be over an hour but I could get an appointment, which I did. And I still had to wait over an hour with the appointment. Also the app for viewing their progress on your vehicle didn’t work.

I purchased a 2015 Honda pilot from Miller Honda in August 2019. Before my first payment was due, the sunroof quit working and was stuck open. I took it in and despite having their seal of approval, they refused to cover the cost of fixing it. That was $2200, approximately. I also purchased the armor all exterior paint protection plan. My vehicle was vandalized with obscenity spray painted on the exterior which is covered under the contract. Armorall has refused to cover this and Miller Honda has refused also. Replaced my drivers side sliding door motor and cord and never hooked the entire panel back up after putting it back together. Outlet and subwoofer are completely disconnected.

I drove 7 hours round trip to buy a truck that was said to have no rust, get there and the rockers are rusted out both sides. The oil pressure was reading 0. And the RPM GAUGE reads 3,000 rpms at idle. Will not be back

I purchased my first brand new Honda over 6 months ago and I love the excellent gas mileage it gets in town. Haven’t gotten my first oil change yet, but it’s coming right up. The only thing I’m concerned about is the warranty. I tried contacting Honda to see if the warranty covers paint protection and know one will get back with me. I hear where a lot of Honda’s are experiencing paint problems. Fingers crossed mine doesn’t experience any!!

Have only bought Honds my whole life and recently bought a brand new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Honda has lost my loyalty to them because my new truck has a warranty issue but honda does not know how to fix it and now this is going on 6 months and still no resolution. Called and now they they say it was my falt for buying a brand new Honda Ridgeline and that it could take up to two years to fix this issue. Honda has done me worng and has treated me like crap.
Beware! Miller Honda negotiated with my husband and me several days for the new 2019 Honda Fit and actually ended up matching our best offer with no issue. With the current situation the Fit inventory is in, we were surprised they could match the price, but were really excited. We had done our homework, test drove and contacted dealers in 4 states at this point, so to find a place with such a low price was great. 2 hours for an inspection on a 1 year old car??? Come on!! This is not the first time we have had this issue either but I can promise you it will be the last!!
