Communicating with CMR was absolutely impossible until Jade came onboard. Jade communicated, coordinated, resolved problems and got the job going. Our roof is done, and that's what counts, even if every phase of the project was outsourced. Never a *** employee to be seen.I am convinced that we would still be waiting had it not been for Jade. Jade saved the day!

Our journey with *** began when *** hit our home with 150+ mile winds. It destroyed our roof and left us to deal with the most corrupt ************* ************. The company was cited on *** 60 Minutes for it's policy to Deny, Delay and Lie to its policy holders. It has taken almost 2 years and a court trial to bring them accountable. Overall, I would say, I had a very good experience using CMR roofing company. At first, it was kind of difficult as I know there were some difficulties with the company and some changing of staff. But then *** ******* was my contact person. She was probably the best part of the whole experience. She was always available to answer any questions I might have. Our roof replacement from a hurricane was just completed. Working with Sandra Islas was great. She was very responsive and made everything go smoothly as I live in Canada and this is my vacation home. Roof looks great would definitely recommend.

We had great service with CMR. They worked with us during the pull out of UPC and FIGA taking over. After many/many months of back and forth in court. CMR finally had the funds to replace our roof. The removal and new roof installation was a fast process has there many professionals working from sun up to sun down. Our roof turned out beautiful and we are very happy with the result. My only complaint was, during the old roof removal there was not enough tarps on the ground to catch the nails from getting into the grass. Afte... read more

It started out bad, CMR was reported to be in a serious negative position as reported on the internet. It took one year and eleven months to complete the job, but that was due to insurance delays. CMR suggested a law firm that settled the dispute. Once the reroofing began it was completed in a timely manner. Some lanai screen panels were damaged during repair, but were immediately repaired buy CMR. It sustained no damage from Hurricane Milton.
