Our new roof did fine during 2024 hurricane season and we are happy with the outcome.The process was complicated by repeated insurance company delays, legal wrangling and supply chain shortages. *** assisted with legal and insurance negotiations. James Neale keeps his promises, gets things done, returns our calls, and he pays his contractors, which would seem to be a given in the roofing business, but that turned out to be a worrisome problem with some other companies. Our concrete tile roof was complex and expensive ($82k), and after years of delay since Hurricane Ian, we began to fear that we were falling through the cracks.
