Everything went well after the insurance company approved my claim. I've read the complaints by others and I must say that once ******* ***** became the liaison person everything ran smoothly. She returned all my calls, emails and text messages in a timely fashion. I changed my roofing tile color 3 times and she was friendly and helpful each step of the way. We was sorry to read that CMR was no longer BBB recommended. When we checked 3/23, they were well reviewed, BBB recommended. Our experience with *** was overall very positive, although the time delays from contracting to the actual time of roof install (contracted 3/23, installed 8/24) was very frustrating.
