CMR finished my roof and it now looks amazing! They went above and beyond to fix the original issues. The last crew they sent was very professional and let me tell you **** is a keeper and *** did a great job following up making sure everything was to my satisfaction!

I have never used the BBB before doing this review. I spend quite a bit of time reviewing their accreditation process, the pattern of complaint against CMR, and reviewed 20 or so of the complaints and responses by CMR. Our Florida home experienced significant damage in a hurricane in 9/22. This month CMR finished replacing our tile roof. Fortunately, during this almost 2-year period we had only minor water damage, but major damage to tiles and solar panels and lanai. Just had my roof completed. It did take longer than expected,two months from start to finish. We had some problems during installation , but ultimately *** took ownership of the issues and fixed them. Communication with the company was good, when I called to point out the problems, they responded and while it took some time, all problems were addressed and fixed. Complaints come quickly, but praise very slowly. I have been dealing with *** and several associates for the past several months. They all have been very helpful during the process of replacing my roof. Workmen have been friendly, cooperative and after each visit left the property as clean as they found it. *** ******* who I have mostly been in contact with deserves special mention. everything i have asked of *** ***** and CMR they have delivered. it has been a slow go because the tiles have not been available. Now that we have the tiles its full steam ahead.

CMR Construction and Roofing out of ******, installed a new roof on our home and it looks wonderful. The installation crew was large, over a dozen workers and was able to remove the old roof and put down the underlay and vents in a single day. A little over a week later the tiles were delivered and the *** crew was back to complete the installation. Aside from a couple of punch list items *** has promised to take care of, my wife and I could not be happier.********

My roof was built in under 20 days start to finish. I'm not sure what others problems are but the only wait time I had was waiting for my insurance company to award me what I deserved. I'll use this company every time for my roof replacement.I was told they are under new management too!

I started my journey with CMR a little over a year ago. It started a little rough because everyone in southwest ******* seemed to be getting a new roof after hurricane *** and ****. It seemed like CMR was going through some growing pains tryin to find good employees to take on the massive work coming in. When I started with CMR everything was fine even tho it took longer than I expected to build my roof approximately a year. CMR finished strong. Obviously the changes they have made is marking a dramatic impact on the company. I am pleased with the final results.
