We are in the initial process of replacing the roof. So far I am more than happy with everyone I worked with, especially ******* ****** and ******* ******. They were very helpful, patient, and responsive. The first paper work process went smoothly. And I hope the next few steps will be as smooth and efficient as the first step. Thank you!
We are very pleased with CMR.. It took a while to get started but once we got a schedule date the job was completed quickly. Great workers, clean, neat and respectful.
*** employees were great with us . In particular *** was very responsive to my phone calls and within a few days took care of any miner issues we had. And again they were very attentive to our needs!!!.

The reroofing took seven months after the insurance check was received. **** ****** took over and everything changed. He kept up a steady pace until the reroofing was completed and I have to say, the roof looks great!!! **** made it all happen!!!
We had a long wait (one year) but once it started it went smoothly and we are very happy with our new roof. We had a small discoloration of the grout 3 month after the job was finished and it was corrected immediately. We were pleased with the workers and the staff at the offices, who were supportive and helpful every step of the way.
Overall, our experience was very low impact. The crew was thoughtful and professional to us when we needed to move our vehicles.

Hurricane *** roof claim. My project is complete and all aspects of my claim have been handled by ***. Progress was slow and communication did not meet my expectations in the beginning stages. Then came ****** Parnell ****. She established communication on updates with the project and addressed all of my concerns and questions.
