Hurricane *** roof claim. My project is complete and all aspects of my claim have been handled by ***. Progress was slow and communication did not meet my expectations in the beginning stages. Then came ****** Parnell ****. She established communication on updates with the project and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Despite the one year wait after our insurance settled, we are very happy with the end result. Our roof looks good and we were very pleased with the workers who did the installation. They cleaned up and left our yard immaculate. ******* ****** was our point of contact and she was amazing. She returned all our calls and kept the ball moving.
