CMR began our roofing project on May 10. It is now Aug 16 and we are still without shingles. Excuse after excuse, but they mainly blame Collier County. We are a condo association of 17 bldgs, 2 villas per bldg. Only 14 bldgs needed re-roofed following Hurricane Irma. The other 3 bldgs were done a year ago. We have interior leaks that are on-going everytime it rains. We do not have gutters as those are part of the project, so our landscaping has taken a huge hit. I will NEVER recommend CMR to anyone!

Horrible company and workmanship beware! Had my roof for 7yrs now since 2011 started having issues with garage roof that winter and had an issue with the house roof that we didn’t become aware of till are bathroom remodel revealed we had a leak. And I come home today and a large piece was blown off the sunroom. Place is a joke they don’t care once it’s past the warranty. I urge those to think twice before going with these guys.
