Everything is going well so far! Work doesnt happen to late in the day and theres no debris when people are done for the day. Everyone has also been very friendly and helpful when we need to leave our buildings midst construction.

We had a long journey with *** but ultimately ***** ***** was our last hope! ***** was outstanding with his customer service! He was responsive to all our requests and incredibly timely! He helped move the project along and we finally have a beautiful new roof! I would recommend *** knowing ***** is there to assist!

The roof crew was quick and amazing. It also held up nicely through two hurricanes this year. And it looks beautiful. Their gutter installed was also excellent. I found the services of their employee **** ****** invaluable. She kept us up to date and was able to trouble shoot any issues.

The speed and diligence of the crew for tear off and dry in of our buildings was amazing. I have never seen a job done so quickly with so little challenges.

Communicating with CMR was absolutely impossible until Jade came onboard. Jade communicated, coordinated, resolved problems and got the job going. Our roof is done, and that's what counts, even if every phase of the project was outsourced. Never a *** employee to be seen.I am convinced that we would still be waiting had it not been for Jade. Jade saved the day!

Our journey with *** began when *** hit our home with 150+ mile winds. It destroyed our roof and left us to deal with the most corrupt ************* ************. The company was cited on *** 60 Minutes for it's policy to Deny, Delay and Lie to its policy holders. It has taken almost 2 years and a court trial to bring them accountable. Overall, I would say, I had a very good experience using CMR roofing company. At first, it was kind of difficult as I know there were some difficulties with the company and some changing of staff. But then *** ******* was my contact person. She was probably the best part of the whole experience. She was always available to answer any questions I might have.
