They make Government Bureaucracy look efficient. You will get passed and around and ignored long before you ever see a shingle. Go with a local company where you can look them in the eye and not a National company hell bent on passing you off to someone else else they ask for more money.

This July will be 2 years on getting a new roof. There is no communication with my sales staff or headquarters as I have called them 3 no response. We are still waiting on getting the side repaired from water damage as y we needed a new roof. I figured as we are paying them they might work for us.
