Our roof replacement from a hurricane was just completed. Working with Sandra Islas was great. She was very responsive and made everything go smoothly as I live in Canada and this is my vacation home. Roof looks great would definitely recommend.

We had great service with CMR. They worked with us during the pull out of UPC and FIGA taking over. After many/many months of back and forth in court. CMR finally had the funds to replace our roof. The removal and new roof installation was a fast process has there many professionals working from sun up to sun down. Our roof turned out beautiful and we are very happy with the result. It started out bad, CMR was reported to be in a serious negative position as reported on the internet. It took one year and eleven months to complete the job, but that was due to insurance delays. CMR suggested a law firm that settled the dispute. Once the reroofing began it was completed in a timely manner. Some lanai screen panels were damaged during repair, but were immediately repaired buy CMR. It sustained no damage from Hurricane Milton. So far so good with our roof project. The guys seem to be working soooo hard everyday. I can’t wait for our new beautiful new roofs to be complete. They look great so far. And Vinny is such a nice guy.

I am so glad that I chose CMR Construction and roofing. I apprecediate them keeping me updated from the start to the finish. There were a few repairs that were needed beyond what was expected. *** sent me pictures of the damage before and after the repair along with the cost breakdown.

recently had my roof replaced by CMR construction & roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the job within the promised timeframe. They communicated clearly throughout the process, addressing all my questions. Even when we faced some unexpected weather, they quickly adjusted the schedule to ensure everything was done properly. Ares **** (supervisor) was on top of everything, very knowledgeable and easy to work with.Would recommend 10/10
