We had a long wait (one year) but once it started it went smoothly and we are very happy with our new roof. We had a small discoloration of the grout 3 month after the job was finished and it was corrected immediately. We were pleased with the workers and the staff at the offices, who were supportive and helpful every step of the way.
Overall, our experience was very low impact. The crew was thoughtful and professional to us when we needed to move our vehicles.

Great service!!!Very thorough and clean. Amazingly fast. They started our complex and finished in less than 30 days. ******* ******* was amazing!
Despite the one year wait after our insurance settled, we are very happy with the end result. Our roof looks good and we were very pleased with the workers who did the installation. They cleaned up and left our yard immaculate. ******* ****** was our point of contact and she was amazing. She returned all our calls and kept the ball moving.
The project start was inexplicably delayed for months after the insurance funds were obtained.That said **** ****** and ***** were very helpful and supportive once the job finally started. Also once started the job went smoothly and the work met expectations and passed inspection quickly.
*** is a fantastic company with tremendous staff and management. They also stand behind their work. We have recommended them to our friends and they have been as pleased as we have. Their quality of work and service is second to none. So many companies recently have lowered their standards and forgotten customer loyalty. Im happy to say CMR is not one of them!
