CMR finished my roof and it now looks amazing! They went above and beyond to fix the original issues. The last crew they sent was very professional and let me tell you **** is a keeper and *** did a great job following up making sure everything was to my satisfaction!
I have never used the BBB before doing this review. I spend quite a bit of time reviewing their accreditation process, the pattern of complaint against CMR, and reviewed 20 or so of the complaints and responses by CMR. Our Florida home experienced significant damage in a hurricane in 9/22. This month CMR finished replacing our tile roof. Just had my roof completed. It did take longer than expected,two months from start to finish. We had some problems during installation , but ultimately *** took ownership of the issues and fixed them. Communication with the company was good, when I called to point out the problems, they responded and while it took some time, all problems were addressed and fixed. Complaints come quickly, but praise very slowly. I have been dealing with *** and several associates for the past several months. They all have been very helpful during the process of replacing my roof. Workmen have been friendly, cooperative and after each visit left the property as clean as they found it. *** ******* who I have mostly been in contact with deserves special mention. She has always been very professional, responsive and cooperative. An exceptional representative of CMR.....M.G. *************, **.
everything i have asked of *** ***** and CMR they have delivered. it has been a slow go because the tiles have not been available. Now that we have the tiles its full steam ahead.
Two stars. The roof was finally completed more than a year after receiving the funds from the insurance company and the issue of the permit. There were a few emails at the beginning and then complete silence for months. Finally ***** took over the file and progress was made. Apparently, our contacts had left the company. Hopefully, the new staff will improve their communication. So far, no leaks, thank goodness.
Zero stars I agree with the negative comments CMR business practices are fraudulent and highly unethical- they dont return calls they lie over and over - my first estimate was ******* for a roof less than 1300 sq 2nd estimate was 65k - I left CMR and had a roof completed in 3.5 months no money til I was completely satisfied- all CMR wanted was money to hold you money without completely the job. I started with CMR almost two years now and I are still in litigation with my insurance company. last November they put a tarp on my roof, and about three weeks ago it has been raining and my roof is leaking and causing damages in my home (mi currently seeking someone else to come and retarp my roof). STAY AWAY!!!!. They are unorganized, do not take accountability for their actions and when questioned they simply say we don't care and if you argue with us then we will put a lien on your house. Ask to escalate a complaint above your sales person and will be told no - you can only speak to said person directly. I asked repeatedly for a clear breakdown of final costs for almost a year almost monthly and never received a clear reply until I was sent a final bill that was thousands of dollars more than it should have been.
