I enjoyed going to CNY Dental Arts because it was in a familiar area and building I had been going to for medical service most of my life. The staff was very efficient, and a few people were very personable. I think they did a good job and could improve in a few areas. First, when I came into the exam room, the chair was wet, and the nurse apologized and wiped it off because it had just been cleaned. Great dentist and staff Everyone there is very friendly, didn't have to wait, dental hygienist was great, dentist sees every patient, clean, accepts both of my insurances. I had a billing question after my last appointment and it was resolved quickly. So happy to have found this dentist.
Great experience I went to CNY dental arts after having a bad experience somewhere else. They were kind, curtious, and attentive. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I arrived early and was seen early! I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a dentist!!
