High quality service, professional and friendly staff CNY is always very professional and friendly. Appointments are seen on time and procedures are done in a timely and professional manner. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. I always have a good experience and look forward to receiving services at CNY.
I went in today sooooo nervous about a toothache and not being seen by a dentist in over 10 years. The staff could not have been more polite and understanding of my anxiousness. We set up a plan to get me all fixed up and ill be back next week for my first "fix" of many. I would totally recommend them to anyone i know.

Friendly organized group of professionals Had my first appointment with them yesterday, they were very professional and friendly. I know at every point during my appointment exactly what was happening to me, who I was seeing, and their services. The only thing is that they are a small office so you might have to wait a while until the next person treats you. But other than that, great place.
Great Staff! Was nervous about going to the dentist office today and once I went in the staff was so down to earth and friendly They gave informative advice and knowledge on the questions that I had.
Great Service I staryed going to CNY Dental Arts about 3 months ago, prior to that i hadn't been to a Dentist in approximately 15 years. Due to medications and not getting dental care i had a cavity on almost every tooth. CNY has been very kind, understanding, and thorough. The ladies here are great.
Very satisfied with the profession service received.
