My experience was great. I love the way the doctors made my son feel comfortable and also me. My experience was great all my kids will be coming there.
Amazing high quality pain free service! From check in to service all staff is very friendly and outgoing. They are honest and upbeat! I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone and anyone!! I love it here!!
Great service This was my first appointment and I loved the experience I had with their office. The staff are so polite and friendly and have no problem answering any questions you may have. The waiting room time for your appointment is reasonable and when you get to the back, what will take place is explained and done in a timely but not rushed manner and done thoroughly. Glad I chose to go there and I will recommend it to others.
It was my first visit to see NY dental arts of course I was nervous everyone was great to me. I look forward to my return visits and I have confidence they will help me towards a healthier mouth and teeth
Dentists aren't fun but these folks are as close as it gets! Can angels operate a dental practice? Well if not angels then CNY Dental Arts are as close as it gets! ALWAYS make me feel comfortable when I come in for my appointments. I have had to have LOTS of work done and they always make me feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Even offer to hold my hand during the bad times. Really professional and caring and available. NEVER a wait. What a great group of Dental professionals. Thank you!!!
Very friendly staff and service....But 30+ min late for my appointment Got to my appointment about 15 minutes before it was scheduled to fill out any paperwork. Did so, then proceeded to wait an additional 50 minutes (about 35 min after my apt time) until being called in. Had to go out to my car too feed the meter. Besides the tardiness, The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable etc.

Well done. This was a routine cleaning/check-up. Service was prompt and efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about answers to some of my questions. Good, professional, and friendly atmosphere.
