In and Out What I love about this place is that I am in and out. The staff is laid back which I appreciate. I hate going to a medical office and everyone acts like robots. I feel like I’m getting a service done rather than being serviced on!
they have good people skills everything they did was very efficient and effective. they got me in, and got me out, and everything done in between was very thoughfully done. I only wish I could have had the cavities taken care of all in one shot, but I know that doesn't happen anywhere, no matter who the dentist is. I like these folks.
High quality customer service; Excellent professional attitude toward me as a customer. I am very confident in their knowledge of what they do. I like the enthusiastic welcome I received when I entered the space. I did not have to wait too long before I was seen. I was informed by the hygienist of whatever she was doing at every step of the way. The doctor had calming influence on me; she got me relaxed by her very presence and demeanor. I love this place.
The staff make it a great environment to b in. Fell so welcome when I go in and I for sure will be a forever client.
Very professional and friendly stuff I had a deep cleaning and fillings out thete;I did not feel any pain at all while doing the procedures.I honestly recommend people going to CNY dental.
Good but painful My daughter had a crown out on while I was at work. She after the numbness went away she was in a lot of pain. Her being only 14 yrs old (aunt brought her) didn't know to take motrin for pain. And went straight to school after. He was maybe it should be a standing order to give other med or script after work done. But still a great place :-)
THE WOMEN IN THIS OFFICE ARE GREAT My 4 year old loves them they do a wonderful job with him because Donte can be a hand full at times but they always make him feel comfortable with them thanks a lot cny crew
Always very friendly and professional. These folks are always very friendly and professional. I feel comfortable but I also know they will take care of my dental needs and explain things to me. The dentist is always smiling and in a good mood, so it makes things that much more relaxed. I highly recommend this dentist.
Dental Cleaning The whole staff was completely wonderful with my 12 year old son. He loved his visit-which is rare for him....Highly recommend this great office & staff!
