They were down a Vet today and even then they were only 5 minutes late to my appointment time. I have been at vets before where I have waited 45 minutes for my appointment. I was really impressed and pleased with the staff. I have a feeling with all the back log of appointments they have (booked a month out) they are dealing with a lot of grumpy customers. Even with that everyone from the front desk guy who checked us in, the multiple tech assistants and the actual vet were pleasant, caring and informative.

At first, I was bothered by the initial process because Tater was a walk-in due a sudden issue that arose with her. However, I am thankful the doctor was able to squeeze her in and she was able to get the treatment she needed. We appreciate the time and care they provided Tater. ❤️🐾
