I am thrilled with Javier and his professional attitude, competence and skill. I had my entire hardwood floors stripped and refinished today. Javier is awesome - he knows how to clean and treat hardwood floors and I had a lot of coverage - great room, dining room, kitchen, living room, two very long hallways, 4 closets and a powder room. WOW is all I can say....I will use Javier and Coit again !!!!!!

Last time I will use this company. They came to clean out our air ducts, air vents and dryer vent. When they arrived I had a clean home, when they left I had a dirty home. While they were cleaning the air vents, they seemed to suck dirt and white chunks of something into my home and it landed on my floor, furniture and counters. I tried pointing that out to the man in charge and he said I shouldn't have had my home cleaned before they came--like I was supposed to to expect a dirty home when they left. I have had the unfortunate fortune to be linked with Coit of riverside Address: 1960 Chicago Ave , unit D 951-534-3074 for an appointment. I arranged to be home between 2 and 5 pm Thursday June 29th , I rushed through my only day off of work to be home. Many texts were sent and phone calls made by Coit to confirm this appointment. No Coit representative showed . No phone call No text ! I rescheduled no apologies were made .I thought 1 more try , this was probably a one off situation . Arrived at my rental in Palm Springs to clean out the dryer vent. Could not figure out how to clean the vent and simply left. Charged my renter $350. A couple days later, a reputable vent cleaning showed and cleaned it in no time. Charge me less than $100. Have called Coit several times now. They say someone named Jaime will call, but he never calls back. They are scam artists. Stay awayl.

Horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend this company to anyone. We have RH rug and light wood floor that need to be cleaned. The manager came to give us a quote on Saturday. Two guys from their team came and clean the rug and the wood floor a few days after. We paid them in full. After the wood floor dried up, it looked like antique wood. Color was darker than the original color and had many dark marks. The Rug had many yellow stains from the water and products they used to clean the carpet. I called... read more

I made an appointment for just an estimate and I have used them before. I had a phone call and email confirmation and they never showed up. When I called the second time to find out where they were they had no record of the appointment. I had two other estimates with smaller companies the same day and they showed up right on time. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS

Pathetic. Scheduled a quote/cleaning 2 weeks in advance but never received information the day before like I was supposed to with a two hour time window. I called myself to confirm as people can't be expected to sit around all day and the office manager didn't have a clue what his own employees schedule was. Couldn't give me even a 12 hour time estimate (morning vs afternoon) and had no intention of calling me back. COIT Riverside Office and Jaime Freire are an embarrassment to the COIT brand and name. I've used COIT the last four years and have never, ever dealt with such horrible customer service than what I received from Jaime. I schedule a cleaning last Saturday with Jaime's office and no one ever showed up. When I inquired about my appt with Jaime he told me he would call me back, but never did. I called Coit in advance for my duct cleaning. They offer a free estimate and I told them I would be ready for them to actually do the job. I told them I have 15 to 20 vents. I called on Tuesday, the scheduler said they could have someone out Thursday and they would call and confirm the time on Wednesday. By 2 pm I called them back on Wednesday to say I hadn't heard from anyone, they assured someone would call.
