Regarding franchise owner of the Riverside California Coit store. In June of 2020 a scheduled appointment was booked through the Coit call center for a carpet cleaning at my home. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, a technician called approximately thirty minutes prior to arrival to confirm his appointment. Whatever you do, do NOT allow Coit anywhere near your tile and grout. They may do fine on carpet and other fabric type surfaces but tile and grout cleaning and sealing was a disaster. They left a sticky, filthy mess on my tile floors. They offered to come and redo the floors but what was the point of having them clean one mess and leave another. It took me hours of seam cleaning to get the sticky mess off the tile but I was not able to get it off of the grout. It has been several months now and the sticky sealer they put on ... read more

Sent the guy packing. 40 % off really. Not so much. Wanted 475 to steam clean maybe 600 sq ft of flooring Wanted 3000 to strip and polish same area By by rip of not on my watch

Ridiculous. I called the phone # from the T V add for carpet cleaning having a 35% discount until February 28. They asked if I had used their service before, since I Had not I was told I would get a 40% discount. I set up a date and time for an estimate, and was told that if I was happy with the price they could do the cleaning at that time. My husband was there since I am working today. The quote for a studio was $190. With the discount $150 their minimum charge, which I was not told about. This is for a studio. Ridic... read more

$275 to clean 80 sqft of tile bc of minimum charge. Insane, tuns out it is cheaper just to lay new tile.

TERRIBLE! On Monday I made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned out on Wednesday. The cleaning man showed up right as scheduled only to tell me that they couldn't do the job because my vent had water inside it. Well, I have a subterranean vent. It gets water in it. I waited two days just for them to tell me they weren't equipped to do the job. In the meantime, I've gone almost a week without the ability to dry laundry. HIDEOUS!!! Save your time and money. HORRIFIC customer service. 40% off is a JOKE! Overpriced, over confident aka cocky and customer service will just hang up on you instead of offering assistance.

horrible. called to get a estimate on Saturday for tile cleaning. Was told that earliest opening was Tuesday and that someone would call me on Monday to "setup a time". Got call on Monday only to be told, "we'll be there between 11am and 1pm the next day". ??? are you kidding? Between what and what? Settled on when the guy came. He did his measurement and tried to up sell me. Quoted me about $140/sq ft!!! That's AFTER their so-called 40% online coupon. That's almost twice what I was quoted from 2 other cleaners. Can't put 0 stars? Dang!! Horrible service!!! From no cl bks to not showing up as scheduled. Here is a synopsis of the service received; 1. Silk rugs(2)-removed color & the tags that described material & cleaning instr. 2. Rmv'd color from a sofa-Came back did over-can't fix-duh!! 3. All sheers washed-not dry cleaned as requested-all shrunk-tech had to rmv. all hooks & re-position in order to lower. to cover shrinkage. 4. 1 set of sheers had brown stains in back 5.
