The people who answer the phones and set appointments are a messed up bunch. They cannot give the same answer twice or even three times. I set a date of 4/16, Wednesday between the ours of 8:30 am and 10:30 am to have my air ducts cleated; On Monday, 4/14, Coit to tell me the servicemen will be at my house on Tusday, 4/15 between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00am. The guy that came to our house to give us a quote was super sketchy. He encouraged me to rip off the contractor we had and make them pay for more than I told them they would pay for. He also smelled like an ash tray. My husband still wanted to get the carpets cleaned so we followed through and them came and attempted to clean the carpets. Services: Carpet Cleaning, Tile cleaning and seal, and Area rug cleaning. Service Guy was friendly and nice, but did a horrible job! Spots left on carpet Grout was not even color as they promised. Looked like many areas just skipped. Called them and complained to customer service and asked specifically for a different technician. The assured me I would get a different person. My wife used this service two times in the past without any problems until recently. She had called COIT to look at her hardwood floor that had just been damaged by a water leak. She was charged $150.00 to come to look at the damage. When the workers came, she was asked to sign a work authorization agreement before work can begin. She did not realized that she had signed to agree to pay for all charges for all work to be done in addition to the $150.00. Let your fingers keep on walking! We use Coit in Colorado Springs. I guess they are franchises. We used them in June to clean my mother's rugs when she moved. The carpet was old - we knew that. First, the cleaner says he can't guarantee he can get the spots out. That was fine with us. We didn't think anyone could. We just wanted the carpet cleaned and spruced up. PLEASE do not trust this company at all!! We had very expensive draperies cleaned by them and they were returned shrunken and pressed (or not) very poorly. These curtains ,which were only a year old, will have to be replaced and Coit will Not stand by their responsibility for the destruction of them. Very difficult to deal with!!

Save your time and stress factor , They can give you a stroke with their lies, and disrespect for your time. They show up with the wrong equipment for job ordered and then lie about rescheduling.

I called Coit after seeing their tv ads everyday. I had looked online to try to get an estimate of their charge structure but nothing is there except the office number. When I called the agent was very nice but, again, no idea of the carpet cleaning charges--they give a free in home estimate and if you agree they do the work right then.
