We called Superior when our downstairs flooded. They came out immediately and began work. Fidel and Ramadan came every day to monitor the moisture and inform us of the status of the work. They moved furniture and tore out the damaged carpet in 2 rooms. The communication between the insurance company and Superior, then to us was seamless. Superior did a phenomenal job with our move-out during our water damage reconstruction effort. I was surprised to see the low rating for Superior on the website. Most of those reviews are pretty old. My experience was in June 2023; this team got an A+ rating in my book. These are organized and hard-working folks. I felt really comfortable having them in my home and handling my items. Couldn't have had better service when disaster struck my home in the early morning hours. Fidel Marin arrived with his crew to start getting things cleaned up in a extremely timely manner. He has gone above and beyond to make this experience as comfortable for me as possible with my home in disarray. I was referred to Superior Cleaning from Environix after sample testing revealed asbestos in my house in amounts that needed to be professionally removed. I can't speak to the initial setup process then, but everyone who came out to my house showed up promptly, sealed off the area, and removed everything that needed to be cleared so I could continue with the project.

Flooded basement. Professional, helpful, timely and polite staff and crew. The crew treated my home like it was their own. Communication excellent. They called or texted to keep me updated. My impression is that Fidel and his crew took pride in their workmanship. Thank you, Superior!

We had water coming through the ceiling of our business. We were panicking and Debbie was able to come out immediately and start giving us options. The landlord finally got a man on it so we didn't have to use her services but should the need arise in the future Debbie and Superior will be our first call!

In the insurance industry you need to have someone that makes themselves available in (at times) inconvenient moments. I've been working with Debbie Kamran and she is great at making the customer know she'll be with them from start to finish!

My insurance company connected me with Superior Cleaning after my washing machine flooded an upstairs play area late on a Saturday night. My insurance company connected me with someone from Superior who offered to come out THAT night or early Sunday. I was so happy to be given an option! The guys that came out were very friendly, very efficient and really calming. They took the time to explain the process to me and estimate how long it would take.
