When a water pipe burst in my house, my insurance company contacted contractor "Code Blue" who in turn subcontracted the work to this company. The Good: Extremely professional, very picky and process oriented. They keep their appointments, and the crew is for the most part very very good. Their charges are reasonable and customary and my insurance company covered it all even with Code blue padding. This company overcharged us and insurance would not pay there entire bill and refused to discuss it. Water damage from broken sprinkler. Do NOT use them.

Never sign their work authorization forms presented by this company at your home without demanding a 3 day right of recission form. They don't include this required form and then will use their one sided contract language to come after you later for exhorbitant fees and legal fees. This company's business practices are bad news and not consumer friendly.

Worst experience imaginable , total rip off, lack of communication on every level , lack of professionalism , company members do not know who's doing what, and contradict each other not what I needed during my water damage , charged 3 x what Competitor charged for a fraction of the work done. Needless to say watch out !

USAA, my insurance co, recommended this company to help us clean up after a fire. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement. They took a month to get out to to our house and send an invoice for what it would cost to clean. FIRE DAMAGE is not something to wait on! We had a grease fire so the soot was acidic and eroding our precious home contents as we waited and waited for COIT/Superior Cleaning to get back to me. I saw their truck and was writing down info to call to get a quote, then I noticed they haven't bothered to pay for their tabs... If they won't pay their bills, why should I pay them my money!

Avoid this company at all cost!!! When it comes to water mitigation, most of the time it means there you have an emergency leak, a pipe burst or a washing machine leaking. That is when companies that are out to make a quick buck is going to fleece you or the insurance companies. Superior is one of them. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my entire life!! They made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to restore ANY of my belongings, in fact they instead CAUSED GREATER DAMAGE to MY books and clothing. The ONLY thing they did was dry out the walls of my 900 sq. feet basement, where a washing machine hose had ruptured while I was away on a week long vacation. They rescheduled us three times and then on the day of our appointment just prior to the appointment told us they were going to be another 4 to 6 hours late
